Centre Manager The Salvation Army Logos House required

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a dynamic and highly motivated person who has a vision and a passion for working with homeless people, and has the ability to manage a large diverse socai services centre.
The centre hosts direct access hostel facilities for 93 men, including a range of Detox and Rehabilitation services, as well as providing Outreach and Resettlement programmes.
Main responsibilities include:The total management of the centre and its programmeThe supervision of staff team and services usersManagement and control of centre budgetLiaision with other agenciesWorking in co-operation with the centre chaplain to promote the spiritual ethos of the centre
The successful candidate wi be able to communicate at a variety of levels, capable of proposing strategic direction and have vision for future project developments. Knowledge of Supporting People, homelessness and addictions is essential.
The successful candidate wil be a practising Christian, someone who has a range of entrepreneruial and management skills, have at least3 years relevant experince, particulary in homeless services and a minimum of NVQ Leve 4 in Care or Management.
