The Hub is a multi-agency project providing a single point of access to a number
of organisations able to provide help and advice to people in housing crisis.
The aim of the hub is primarily to give advice to people in housing need whom
the local authority has no duty to rehouse - for example single people or
couples with no children.

We support single homeless, 18 years plus AND anyone in need of support for
Resettlement or Tenancy Support. We can work with individuals for up to 2
years. Referrals can be made through an agency or self referral by phoning our
number.
