Stonebridge park is a 22 bed accommodation scheme. It provides housing and
intensive support for up to 6 months to single homeless men with an unsettled
way of life, and complex mental health, drug and alcohol related issues. Our aim
at Stonebridge Park is to assist people to address their housing and support
needs, improve their overall health and well-being, stabilise and make changes
in their lives in order to move on.
